MANSO ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the MANSO website (manso.one) and related services. By using MANSO you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide when you create an account: your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number. In your account settings you may optionally add your nationality, gender, preferred language, and date of birth. Gender is used to offer tailored features and for demographic insight; it is not required for general use of MANSO.
• her by MANSO requests. If you use her by MANSO, we collect the details you share about the part or help you need, any photos you upload, and the messages you exchange with us. These messages stay inside MANSO so your phone number is not shared with vendors unless you choose to share it.
• Sign-in information. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from that provider. If you sign up with email and password, your password is handled securely by our authentication provider and is never stored by us in readable form.
• Vendor information provided during onboarding: company name, licence, address, contact details, and the part categories and brands you deal in.
• Requests and enquiries. When you request a part or contact a vendor, we collect the vehicle and part details and the phone or WhatsApp number you provide so we can connect you with vendors.
• Messages you send us through the Contact Us form: your name, email and message. We also record the IP address of form submissions to detect and prevent spam and abuse.
• Activity data: searches you run, listings you view, and which vendors you contact (leads). This lets us operate the marketplace and measure vendor performance.
• Device and technical data: browser type, device type, language and approximate country.
• Cookies and local storage used to remember your language, currency and sign-in session.

How we use information

• To operate, secure and improve the marketplace and your experience.
• To connect customers with vendors and attribute leads so vendors can measure results.
• To send you important updates about your account, requests, and replies to your messages.
• To prevent spam, fraud and abuse, including CAPTCHA checks and IP-based rate limiting.
• To plan future features, including which languages to add next based on the preferred-language choices our users make.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• With vendors: only the information needed to fulfil your request. Your phone number is not shown to vendors on the public requests board; when a vendor indicates they can supply your part, MANSO brokers the connection.
• With service providers who help us run the platform, under appropriate safeguards: our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our hosting and security/CDN provider (Cloudflare), and our email provider (Resend).
• Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of MANSO, our users and the public.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and database row-level security that limits who can see your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and restrict access to it.

Your rights and choices

You can access, correct or update your information in your account settings, or request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can delete your account, and you can control cookies and tracking through your browser settings. MANSO is intended for users of legal age; it is not directed to children.
