These terms govern your use of the MANSO marketplace. By using MANSO, you agree to these terms.
The MANSO marketplace
MANSO is a marketplace that connects customers with automotive parts vendors. MANSO does not sell parts, hold inventory, or process payments. Transactions take place directly between customers and vendors.
Vendor responsibilities
- Provide accurate listings, including correct part details, OEM numbers, condition and availability.
- Honour the prices and stock shown, and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
- Comply with applicable laws and MANSO's marketplace standards. All submissions are subject to administrator approval.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and use the platform in good faith.
- Verify part suitability with the vendor before purchase.
- Treat vendors respectfully and avoid spam or misuse.
Marketplace standards
Listings that fail quality standards, inaccurate information, poor images, or invalid vendor details, may not be published or may be removed. MANSO may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use MANSO lawfully and not to: submit false, misleading, abusive or spam content; impersonate others; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems; scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data; overload or disrupt the service; or bypass our security measures, including CAPTCHA and rate limits. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach this.
Privacy and your data
Your use of MANSO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and how we use and share it. By using MANSO you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
Intellectual property
The MANSO name, logo and platform are the property of MANSO. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant MANSO the rights necessary to display and operate the marketplace.
Availability & liability
We work to keep MANSO available and accurate but provide the service "as is". MANSO is not a party to transactions between customers and vendors and is not liable for those transactions.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MANSO means you accept the updated terms.
